Zooming out to understand the root cause of a problem gives us perspective and enables us to embrace ambiguity and adapt to create more impactful solutions.
By using a combination of service, experience, and behavioural design I create interventions and products that engage, cut through the chaos, and drive positive change.
Think differently
Finding the space for creativity through collaboration and workshops brings us closer together and creates bonds that help improve the work that we create. This allows us to switch perspectives, look outside of our microcosm and see problems from a different perspective.
