Hi, I’m a digital product designer based in Brighton, England, currently leading the design of the ‘future digital workplace’ for Legal & General.
I have a background in physical design and erganomics which i translate into our digital world. I’m passionate about well thought out design, and committed to enhancing experiences through thoughtful, empathetic, and collaborative innovation.
Informed by research and genuine human insights, I delve into the heart of issues to create sustainable, strategic solutions.
My expertise spans digital design in finance, healthcare, automotive, technology, and telecommunications, grounded within a solid foundation of systems thinking, service and product design.
Zooming out to understand the root cause of a problem gives us perspective and enables us to embrace ambiguity and adapt to create more impactful solutions.
By using a mixture of service design, experience design, and behavioural design I create interventions and products that engage, cut through the chaos, and drive positive change.
