I use a combination Service, Experience, and Behavioural design to plan research, run discovery workshops and synthesise data to understand the root cause of a problem before thinking about any solution.
Combined with Ai driven workflows I streamline research analysis and understand where to focus our attention at speed without lack of quality.

Finding the space for creativity through collaboration and workshops brings us closer together and creates bonds that help improve the work that we create. This allows us to switch perspectives, look outside of our microcosm and see problems from a different perspective.
